  1. Now what should of happen here?

It all starts around 3:30 a.m. in Ocean City.

Two guy’s (Justin Pfieler, 21, of Baltimore, and David Grimes, 23, of Millersville) crossing the street(normal enough/3am ??)

I’m sure it was rather ‘a slow walk’ since it lead to a confrontation with driver of vehicle(Edward Cockrell, 18, of Lancaster).
    Humm; possible car-jacking?
Possibly, it’s one way it’s done at 3am.

Pedestrian argues with the driver, who probably told him to “move it”. In probably in not such a nice way.

Pedestrian then PULLs (yes pulls; which constitutes “assault ‘by 1st pedestrian’) driver out of this car and proceed to fight/beatup (which also constitutes “assault ‘by pedestrian’ since driver had to try to ‘Defend’ himself after being PULL out of his car!).

Passenger (Omil Milfort, 18, of Lancaster) in car joins the fight (to probably assist driver) and fellow pedestrian #2 also joins the fight (sounds like a car jacking to me not going as smoothly as planned!!).
Car passenger uses a knife on 2nd pedestrian, stabs him twice in chest then swung the knife at 1st pedestrian, striking him twice in the leg and once in the back.

Driver and passenger then fled the scene.

Both “victims” (Pedestrian) were transported by Ocean City EMS to Atlantic General Hospital where Pfieler was treated for his injuries and released.
Grimes was flown to PRMC in Salisbury where he is listed in stable condition.

Cockrell has been charged with two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault and two counts of dangerous weapon with intent to injure.

Warrants for Milfort were obtained prior to his capture in Pennsylvania charging him with first- and second-degree assault and carrying a deadly weapon with intent to injure.

    So who appears at fault?
Should a knife have been used?

    Was it a car jacking?
    Hum!!
