Students went through reviewing TD1. We showed Level 6 set for TD1- no clearing hand used in drill. Showing each isolation with True Right concepts. Every target was shown how to enter with body angulation, footwork, and manipulating elbow to gain entry to target.
Also, reviewed the different types of cross-tapping: pendulum, corkscrew, shear, and funnel.

Last week, we taught the revisions of TD1 in a flow drill. Tonight, we showed the isolations for each count of TD1.

First class after Sama Sama, we went through the new version of TD1 with it’s different taps being utilized. Footwork during the armbars were reintroduced for both Feeder and Receiver. Near end of class we drilled the different types of tapping: pendulum, corckscrew, funnel, and shear.
