In attendance: Bob, Joe C., Roderick, David D., Mosi, Frank and Aaron. Joe reviewed the 7 count passing drill, then we practiced TD 1 silak. Class ended with some stick sparring.

Class Notes – September 16, 2008
In attendance: Lem, Joe C., Roderick, Victor C., Jason, Frank, Aaron, and prospective students Josh and Philip.
We covered the first three of 7 count passing. The two new guys moved on to 3 of 9 while the rest of class learned the rest of 7 count. We touched on body position to resist the feeder’s counter, mostly to keep them from stepping in unnecessarily. We ended with a little free flow. Josh has some Modern Arnis experience and did well in free flow.
