In attendance: Bob Shin, Lem Tasin, Joe C., and Maria H.We continued to install transition drill 5, with special attention to small details such as the “cop lock” and elbows. This drill incorporates close-range/standing grappling techniques, which can be applied as we work on more phase II elements. The second half of class was spent in free flow, looking for entries and control positions. We will gradually incorporate more pads and headgear as we increase the intensity.
