In attendance: Bob Shin and Lem Tasin (instructing), Adam B., Joe C., David D., Bryan D., Bethany G., Jonathan H., Keith H., Derek L., Jon K., Adam L., Pat R., and Aaron T.Class began with a formal salutation, then we continued to install TD 1 (for the newer students) and TD 1 silak (for the more advanced students).The second part of class was spend reviewing the palusot sak-sak drill, which introduces percussion disarms and grip deflections. For the disarms, the energy needs to be sent to your opponent’s hip. The grip deflections should be small movements.We ended class with free flow. We ran through three rotations (alternating as feeder and receiver), then closed with a salutation.
