This is an old clip of Guro Lem and Aaron cycling through Sayoc Transition Drill 1. The numerous repetitions helps to install the basic techniques in preparation for more advanced drills.

We reviewed AK long blade evolution 1, then did some padded stick sparring. In blade simulation, we treat the padded stick like a blade, so “double-kills” are a no-no and distance control is essential.
