In attendance: Bob Shin (instructing), Lem T., Joe C., David D., Dean F., Jonathan H., Maria H., Derek L., Tom M., Aaron T., and prospective student Bethany G.Class began with a transition drill 1 review. No matter how often we do the drill, there are always little details that can be polished up.The second part of class was spent introducing the 7 count passing drill, which changes the focus to the receiver. This drill consists of some basic silak techniques.We ended with a little bit of light free flow.No Bench of Doom casualties to report. The salutations occured without incident.
