Class Notes – February 10, 2008

In attendance: Bob Shin, Joe C., David D. and Cliff J.We reviewed lakad 4/12 and gil 5 isolations, then worked on the 10 count passing drill with both the right and the left hands. An unexpected blackout created an excellent training modifier, so we finished the class in the dark with free flow and the zombie drill.

In attendance: Bob Shin, David D., Cliff J. and Eric S. We worked on the 5 count palusot drill and the 10 count palusot drill. We also reviewed the gil 5 isolations and 4/12 lakad. We ended the session with an introduction to projectiles.

012208In attendance: Bob Shin, Joe C. and David D. We reviewed AK hourglass footwork patterns, then reviewed the first 6 counts of AK Evo 1. The second half of class was spent reviewing 3/9 tapping and 3/9 true left. We also explored hiding the 3/9 left hand template within the 3/9 true left template.
