According to Guro Lem:
Joe had the class already doing warm-up exercises. We worked on the drill Tuhon Jimmy showed us at Sama Sama. We paired up and switched partners to get different energy. We then went over isolations for 3/9 template. Also, went over the different isolation levels 1-4. We then ended with free-flow.

Guro Lem and Miguel ran class in my absence …
Attendance: Miguel (Vedo), Sam (came with Vedo), Lem, Aaron, Brian, Roderick, Shane, Josh, Phil, Victor, and Jason Dumond (prospective student).Class started off with 3 of 9 template, tapping, and left hand. Vedo and I walked around to give everyone help if needed and made sure they were doing it right. Jason was introduced to 3 of 9 template. It was nice to see Miguel again. I got to work with Sam with some of the TD drills (1-5). We ended class with free flow.
Class last week was cancelled due to the snow. Joe and Lem ran class in my absence.
Attendance: Lem, me, Big Dave, Frank, Phil, Brian, Josh,We warmed up with 3 of 9 right, left, right and left together, then with tapping. Then Frank asked why there’s no tapping for the left hand so we paired up and each group came up with one and demo’d it for the group. We then drilled the first two counts of TD1 and refined the feeders counters. We finished with a few reps of TD1.Joe
Lem and Joe instructing …
Attendance: Joe C., David D., Lem T., Brian C., and Phillip J..We went through 3 of 9 template and introduced tapping to the new guys. The rest of us went through 7 count passing drills with counters, and TD 1 silak. In the end, everyone free-flowed for the rest of the class.
In attendance: Lem, Joe C., Roderick, Victor C., Jason, Frank, Aaron, and prospective students Josh and Philip.
We covered the first three of 7 count passing. The two new guys moved on to 3 of 9 while the rest of class learned the rest of 7 count. We touched on body position to resist the feeder’s counter, mostly to keep them from stepping in unnecessarily. We ended with a little free flow. Josh has some Modern Arnis experience and did well in free flow.
