Just Chris and I again. We reviewed TDs 1 through 8 and then covered the rest of the TD 1 level 4 isolations. We finished by reviewing AK bolo Evolution 1.

We worked the 7 count passing drill in isolation with increased intensity and speed to build real time on each count. We made through the first 4 counts. We added a move before or after the attack in the drill to add intensity and encourage speed.

We covered 1 and 2 handed reflexive grab counters and drawing from concealment while countering the bear hug from behind with arms pined.
