With the Atienza Kali seminar fast approaching we discussed the value of the long blade in terms of tactical superiority and the broadening of technique options. After which we focused on the Sayoc curriculum. The newer students learned TD2 while the more advanced students installed TD6 and learned TD2 level 3 isolations.

Tonight we installed/reviewed Sayoc Transition Drills 2 & 6, then installed/reviewed Atienza Kali Bolo Evolution 1.

Attendance Chris, Yale and Guro Joe C. instructing. We focused on our concealed carry positions and draws. We reviewed TD 1 and then worked receiver draws within the drill focusing on maintaining a one for one count/timing. We ended with some basic left hand draw reps from concealment while moving.
